WebJackhole vs. Jason Santa Maria
In the blue corner, WebJackhole starts things off with this post about the lousy Kongregate’s forum design, I paid up the ass for HappyCog and all I got was this lousy forum.
In the red corner, Jason Santa Maria, the Happy Cog designer behind the lousy design, shoots back this response:
Ahhh, blogs are so wonderful. Since it’s so easy, why don’t you send it to them. Surely that would have taken considerably less time than writing your lengthly diatribe above. It also would have been much more productive.
WebJackhole, takes the advise from the pro, and in a “So easy a caveman can do it” fashion, fixes the lousiness of the original design.
The Moral: Overpaid professionals are about as lazy as underpaid wannabees!

My vote… this was the lamest post ever. About the lamest “story” ever. No one knows what went on, or the exact arrangements of the contract, or if one person was taking advantage of another. Let them work it out like professionals and stop hyping things like this as if it’s newsworthy or even interesting.
Just being an honest reader/follower of this blog.

@Jeremy, I don’t think I care about what went on between Happy Cog and their clients. If I see something funny or interesting I post it. If you notice I did not give any personal opinion about the tussle.
It’s just blog drama, something to laugh about, not to be taken seriously!

It just seems like there’s so much of this petty bickering going on! For example, the Twitter vs the Rails’ DHH. Anyway- maybe it just rubbed me the wrong way. Apparently I was so distraught that I misspelled my own name haha.
